The Short Line Model Railroad Club is a social club, we do not have or operate a club owned train layout.

Our club meets once a month for nine months a year. We meet on the second Saturday of the month from September through May.
Our club holds no meetings during the summer months of June, July and August.
The meetings are held in the Pima room at the Sunbird clubhouse.
Sunbird is a retirement community located in Chandler Arizona. We have a business meeting at the beginning of each session, after the business portion of the meeting we adjourn and take a short break before the program part of the meeting starts.
The break time is to allow members and guests to buy food at the clubhouse restaurant and bring it back to the meeting room before the program starts. The restaurant is right next door, food and drinks are allowed to be purchased before the program starts.
It also allows members to leave, if they can't stay for the program.
